Warilo provides a cloud management platform that may include:

• Application deployment
• Service deployment
• Server management
• Infrastructure management
• Kanban project management ("Tasks")
• Email API services
• Monitoring
• User management
• Team collaboration

Features may change over time.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining password confidentiality
• Securing your account
• All activity performed using your credentials
• Providing accurate account information

Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree not to:

• Deploy malware
• Deploy ransomware
• Host illegal content
• Attack third-party systems
• Send spam
• Abuse the Email API
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Circumvent security measures
• Reverse engineer the platform where prohibited
• Interfere with platform availability

Violation may result in suspension or termination.

You retain ownership of your applications.

You are responsible for:

• Source code
• Licenses
• Security
• Updates
• Compliance
• Backup of your own applications and data

Warilo does not review or approve deployed applications.

The Email API must not be used for:

• Spam
• Phishing
• Fraud
• Malware distribution
• Illegal marketing

We reserve the right to suspend Email API access if abuse is detected.

Users remain responsible for all content stored within the Tasks application, including:

• Projects
• Boards
• Tasks
• Attachments
• Comments

Warilo does not claim ownership of user-generated content.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Maintenance, outages, infrastructure failures, or third-party provider issues may temporarily affect availability.

The Warilo platform, including software, branding, interfaces, documentation, and trademarks, remains the property of Warilo or its licensors.

These Terms do not grant ownership of the platform itself.

Certain services may require payment.

Fees, billing cycles, and subscription plans are presented separately within the Console.

Failure to pay applicable fees may result in service suspension.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms
• Present security risks
• Abuse the platform
• Engage in illegal activity

Users may stop using the platform at any time.

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Warilo disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Warilo shall not be liable for:

• Lost profits
• Lost business
• Lost data
• Service interruption
• Indirect damages
• Consequential damages
• Incidental damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the affected services during the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Warilo harmless from claims arising from:

• Your applications
• Your deployments
• Your content
• Your misuse of the platform
• Your violation of these Terms

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Warilo operates, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We may modify these Terms periodically.

Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
